Delivery

We aim to get your Aipas e-bike to your doorstep as smoothly as possible.

• Dispatch: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

• Transit Time: E-bikes are shipped via specialized freight carriers due to their size and lithium-ion batteries. Delivery usually takes 5–9 business days depending on your location.

• Tracking: A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse so you can follow its journey.

• Important Note: Because e-bike shipments are large and high-value, an adult signature is required upon delivery. Please inspect the box for any visible damage before signing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Aipas ride. If you change your mind, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your e-bike must be unused, free from dirt and wear, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Battery Regulations: E-bike batteries are classified as hazardous materials for shipping. You must use our authorized shipping labels and follow our specific packaging instructions to return an e-bike safely.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Note: Return shipping fees may apply.
